Creative TY Connections is an innovative community education programme that supports neurodivergent adults, and adults with disabilities to build confidence, develop skills, and participate more fully in society. Using a creative approach, it offers meaningful learning experiences that can lead to increased community engagement, further education, and employment. Transition Year students volunteer as learning buddies, providing 1:1 support that enhances accessibility and deepens engagement.
