Biodiversity-themed art competition for kids & teens
Biodiversity-themed art competition for kids & teens
Children and teens, you are invited to join the Wild Postcard Project’s biodiversity-themed artwork competition!
Biodiversity is all living things like plants, animals, fungi, microorganisms, and the habitats they form.
For this event, we are calling on young artists and nature lovers to showcase their local biodiversity. Get outside – whether along the street where you live, in your local park, along the sea, or up into the hills… Look up, look down, look around – what biodiversity do you see? What do you hear?
Then, grab some art supplies and get creative! All art forms are welcome – paintings, drawings, etchings, screen prints, collages, sculptures, etc.
We look forward to receiving your creations, and seeing your local biodiversity through your eyes.

The Wild Postcard Project is on a mission to spark curiosity about our world’s biodiversity through creativity and play.
Each year we invite kids & teens to create artworks that showcase their local wildlife. Winning artworks are transformed into beautiful postcards, spreading local biodiversity far and wide. Our latest initiative involves ‘greenifying’ urban spaces via biodiversity-themed billboards, featuring the winning artworks from our competitions.
Through all of our activities, we aim to spark curiosity, inspire compassion, and ignite the desire to protect biodiversity. We are a non-profit Social Enterprise led by a small team of volunteers.
