Practical Language in Mulhuddart
We are in our 4th year in Mulhuddart, providing English classes to adult immigrants living in Ireland, at no charge to the learners. Here all levels are catered for and all nationalities are welcome.
As with all our classes, here we try to address every person’s unique needs and we are a little more unorthodox in our approach.
Our learners are a diverse bunch too, with numerous nationalities represented and all welcome. Among the learners we have newly arrived to long established members of the community, only now developing their language skills, or just opening new social circles.

Practical Language Service is a charitable organization that provides English language classes and other supports to adult immigrants living in Ireland, free of charge. Currently we operate eight sessions across six locations in the city. We cater for all nationalities, all levels and all needs. We don’t have a minimum entry level and we always make space for newcomers. We have in excess of 2,800 member on Facebook, 40 active volunteers and around 300 active students in a given week. As well as classes we also run numerous inclusive projects, designed to help our members adapt to their new surroundings and develop new social circles.
